I was pleasantly surprised when she called at 11:00 a.m. saying that Chad & Josh were on their way! I raced home from work to meet them. Chad explained everything in detail — was highly knowledgeable and both he and Josh were friendly and polite. Fixed my problem (sensor) and I signed up for the annual service plan, which I should’ve done before. They left me with a detailed receipt of the repair for my records. I called several repair businesses on the same day and no one was able to fit us in for repairs. Complete Comfort Heating and Cooling customer service fit us in on what was a really hot day, even though they were very busy. They were not able to come out right away but they did show up later that evening. The technician was great, very friendly and knowledgeable and did not try to rip us off with repair work. He investigated and then repaired something and he did a really great job. I truly appreciate the promptness of service, his explanations to me about what was going on, and his professional performance which was also very good.
